1.1 These ONEHOUSE Warranty Terms apply only to products purchased for personal, household, or domestic use. The following are excluded:
Products purchased for commercial purposes;
Clearance Products (except for the 15-year warranty on steel or alloy frames, as specified in Item 1 of the table in Clause 1.4).
1.2 ONEHOUSE warrants that all ONEHOUSE-branded products and specified components (as described herein) will be free from manufacturing defects during the Warranty Period (see table below). Repairs within the first 2 years include on-site service (subject to assessment), with standard charges applied thereafter. Special terms apply to regional customers.
1.3 ONEHOUSE reserves the right to modify these terms, but changes will only apply to newly purchased products. The terms in effect at your purchase date remain valid for your product.

2. 3-Year Extended Warranty
2.1 Eligibility for a 3-year extension (total 5 years for electronics/motion components):
Delivery address must be in a metro area with a ONEHOUSE showroom;
Products must remain at the registered address during the warranty period.
2.2 Confirm eligibility with ONEHOUSE staff.
3. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does NOT cover:
Commercial-use products;
Products not purchased directly from ONEHOUSE or with tampered labels;
Normal wear and tear (e.g., fabric fading, cushion deformation);
Damage caused by third-party parts or unauthorized modifications;
Repair costs without prior written approval;
Misuse, improper maintenance, or transport damage.
Non-transferable: Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
4. Claim Process
4.1 Notify ONEHOUSE within 14 days of discovering a defect. Provide:
Name, order/delivery address, contact details;
Product details and defect description.
4.2 ONEHOUSE may request:
Photographic evidence;
Written explanation;
Phone verification.
5. Warranty Services
ONEHOUSE will resolve valid claims by:
Replacing the product/component;
Repairing the product;
Refunding or compensating repair costs.
Note: Replacement parts may vary in color/texture from the original.
6. Disclaimer
6.1 To the extent permitted by law, ONEHOUSE is not liable for:
Indirect losses (e.g., lost profits, third-party claims);
Damage caused by non-genuine parts.
6.2 Third-party warranties apply to non-ONEHOUSE components.
