1 Introduction
1.1 Thank you for choosing ONEHOUSE. Except for the exceptions specified in Clause 2, these Sales Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) apply to all purchases of ONEHOUSE products, including customized products (hereinafter “Products”).
1.2 References to “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms refer to ONEHOUSE.
1.3 References to “you” or “your” refer to the customer or potential customer of ONEHOUSE.
2 Trade Sales and Clearance Products – Different Terms Apply
2.1 If you purchase clearance products:
(a) These Terms do not apply;
(b) The Clearance Product Sales Terms and Conditions shall apply.
2.2 Clearance products are defined as:
(a) Items labeled as “clearance”;
(b) Second-hand or returned items;
(c) Items with defects/flaws;
(d) Items discounted due to quality issues;
(e) Items in clearance promotions.
2.3 Trade customer purchases are subject to the Trade Customer Sales Terms and Conditions.
3 Placing an Order
3.1 ONEHOUSE reserves the final right to accept or reject orders.
3.2 Orders become binding immediately upon payment of the deposit.
3.3 You must confirm that the selected Products meet your requirements.
4 Pricing
4.1 Quoted prices are in USD; actual amounts depend on local partner labels.
4.2 Delivery and in-home inspection fees are additional.
4.3 If a pricing error is discovered, we will contact you to confirm a revised price or cancel the order.
4.4 Cancelled orders due to pricing errors will result in a full refund of payments made.
5 Payment
5.1 A deposit is required to place an order.
5.2 The remaining balance must be paid in full 5 business days prior to delivery.
5.3 Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, or cash.
5.4 We do not accept payment by cheque.
5.5 A sales order will be issued as proof of payment once completed.
6 Risk and Title
6.1 Risk in the Products transfers at the following points:
(a) Delivery: after unloading;
(b) Self-collection: before loading.
6.2 Self-collection from showrooms requires self-arranged transportation.
6.3 Self-collection from warehouses requires self-arranged handling.
6.4 Title transfers only after full payment is received.
7 Delivery and Self-Collection
7.1 You may choose delivery or self-collection.
7.2 Self-collection notes:
(a) Some Products are warehouse-only;
(b) Showrooms allow only small-item collection.
7.3 Delivery dates are estimates and subject to change.
8 Address and Access
8.1 Provide accurate delivery addresses; an adult must sign for receipt.
8.2 Notify us in advance of special access restrictions (e.g., stairs/narrow pathways).
8.3 Ensure the delivery site meets handling requirements.
9 Assembly Services
9.1 “Premium Delivery” includes assembly (limited to designated areas).
9.2 “Express Delivery” excludes assembly; services must be booked separately.
10 Storage Options
10.1 Free storage for 2 weeks (requires 48-hour prior notice).
10.2 Paid extended storage up to 4 weeks (subject to quotation approval).
10.3 Failure to collect beyond deadlines triggers default procedures.
11 Delivery Terms
11.1 A 14-day grace period applies to deliveries.
11.2 Post-grace period actions:
(a) Paid orders: third-party storage arranged (costs borne by you);
(b) Unpaid orders: cancellation with deposit forfeiture.
12 Orders Without Agreed Delivery Dates
12.1 Delivery dates must be confirmed within 6 weeks.
12.2 Unconfirmed orders will be deemed cancelled.
13 Order Cancellation
13.1 No returns/exchanges for non-quality-related issues:
(a) Pre-production: up to $500 administrative fee deducted;
(b) Post-production: full deposit forfeited.
14 Delivery Delays
14.1 No liability for delays caused by force majeure.
14.2 Contract termination rights apply for events like supplier bankruptcy.
14.3 Force majeure includes pandemics, natural disasters, strikes, etc.
15 Product Variations
15.1 Actual Products may reasonably differ from samples.
15.2 We reserve the right to improve designs (without significant visual changes).
16 Product Suitability
16.1 No returns/exchanges for non-quality-related issues.
16.2 No liability for damages caused by third parties.
17 Warranty
17.1 Specific warranty policies are detailed on our official website.
17.2 Under local consumer laws, major failures entitle you to returns/refunds.
17.3 Warranty covers reasonable repair needs.
18 Liability Limitations
18.1 Excluding legal obligations, we are not liable for indirect losses.
18.2 Maximum compensation is capped at the Product’s purchase price.
19 Inspection and Claims
19.1 Inspect Products immediately upon delivery.

20 Information Accuracy
20.1 Website and showroom information may differ; showroom prices prevail.

22 Privacy Policy
22.1 Governed by the privacy policy published on our website.
23 Indemnification
23.1 You must compensate us for losses due to your breach of contract.
24 Governing Law
24.1 Subject to local laws.
25 Miscellaneous
25.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
25.2 Invalid clauses do not affect the remainder.
26 Accessory Services
26.1 Paid accessory repair services are available.
26.2 Non-direct customers may also apply.
